Lately, I have been obsessed with the cozy feel of a lifestyle couples session. This kind of session is the perfect mix of romantic and comfortable. If you’re one of those couples that feels a bit weird about PDA, having a lifestyle session could be a great option for your engagement or couples portrait.
These sessions are a fun way to get to know your wedding photographer while getting comfortable in front of the camera. The starting point for great natural photography is taking your mind off the camera by doing something you enjoy. You choose a place around town: your favorite coffee shop in Tampa, a beautiful park in St. Pete, your first date location or even in your home. Then you just enjoy the time together while the moments are being captured.
Jennifer and Dillon just bought a new house in Tampa and we set up an in home session to document this big step. I am seriously obsessed with what Jennifer did with the place. I think she needs to come help me decorate our next home. It was so much fun to play with the available light and include their pups in some of the photos.
