Crystal Beach Park is about 20 minutes north of Dunedin. It’s a great place for a family portrait session with a variety of background options and a small dog park if you want to include your pup. There is plenty to explore to keep small children occupied if taking photos for an hour might not be entertaining for them. The small open beach and pier are great for sunset photos. If you are a bit tired of having family photos with a beach setting the park includes a dozen mature oak trees with Spanish moss for more of a southern feel.
